Time of delivery
Karvala Oy or it’s suppliers sends the ordered products within 1-4 weeks after the order has arrived. Most of products are produced just for you after your order so it takes a bit longer time than if it were mass stocked products. You will receive an email notification once the order has been shipped.

The transport company best suited to deliver the product in regards to its size and weight will deliver the product.
Postal packages can be picked up from the post office or delivered as mail-to-door parcel.

If, upon receiving the package, you find that the package and the product it contains have been damaged in transport, file a claim immediately and record the damage in the transport document that remains with the driver. Promptly notify Karvala Oy of the damage either by sending an email to info(at)karvala.fi, or with a contact form so that we can agree on further procedure.
Customers of Karvala Oy have a 14-day return and exchange policy according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. This returns policy does not extend to products, which are produced or altered according to the customer’s wishes e.g. custom sizes.
The customer may return the product, if
1) the order has been cancelled per conditions of sale by notifying Karvala Oy within 14 days of receiving the product
2) the product is unused
3) the product is in the condition in which the buyer received it and all parts belonging to the product are safe, and
4) the product is packaged in its original packaging or similarly.
The product must be returned immediately after cancelling the order. Custom products have a no return policy. When you return products, you are responsible for the transportation risk and return freight, which is, depending on the size and weight of the product, maximum €150 (divansofa) for returns taking place in Finland. Damaged products are not received as returns, unless the product has been verifiably damaged during the first transport. When you wish to return a product, contact our customer service to get further instructions.
A feedback form is delivered with the product. In it, we request the reason for the return, your contact information and your account number. The money is returned latest within a month after we have received the returned product.
